The application provides us with some basic information regarding your
dealership. Please provide all requested information.

Dealer
Registration Agreement
This is the agreement between your dealership and the auction. Please
review it and enter the current date and legal name of your dealership
on page 1. Then sign and print your name on page 3.

Personal Guaranty
A personal guaranty from the dealership's owner. The owner/s needs to
date, sign and print their names at the bottom of the guaranty.

Bank Reference
Letter
This letter authorizes the auction get a bank reference on the
dealership. Please complete lines 1 - 12. The dealership's bank
will complete all other information.

Representative
Authorization Letter
Authorizes representatives for your dealership. It is important that we
have a letter on file for each of the dealership's representatives in
order to protect your dealership.

Power of
Attorney/Hold Harmless
Authorizes the auction to sign documents, such as titles, on behalf of
the dealership. An officer or owner of the dealership signs and dates
the document and has it notarized.

Representative
Removal Letter
This letter removes a representative from your dealership. Until the
auction receives this letter, the dealer is responsible for all
purchases made by an authorized representative.
